A WOMAN who lost 66 pounds in six months has shared her go-to sweet treat recipe.

Enjoying chocolate while still losing weight is the ultimate healthy eating dream.

In her video, Rooxy (@rooxy.official) demonstrated the recipe for anyone "looking for an easy healthy breakfast."

For her first step, the TikToker baked one sweet potato and mashed it in a bowl.

Rooxy then added two tablespoons of Greek yogurt and one tablespoon of almond butter.

Next, she sliced a banana and cracked two eggs, mixing them into the bowl.

She also measured out two tablespoons of oat flour and a teaspoon of cinnamon before adding them to the mixture.

Rooxy also added a pinch of both sea salt and baking powder as well as a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the bowl.

She then poured in half a cup of oat milk and a teaspoon of thick agave juice.

Rooxy advised her followers to use their milk of choice and substitute the agave juice with honey if they prefer.

Next, she used an electric hand mixer to blend the ingredients together.

She then chopped up a chocolate bar and measured out two tablespoons of chips.

Rooxy mixed in most of the chocolate chips, leaving a handful for the top of each muffin.

"Bake the muffins at 355 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean," she explained.

Rooxy also advised her followers to check that the top of the muffins "spring back when pressed."

"Let it cool for a few minutes and enjoy," she advised her audience.

The food enthusiast previously showed her followers how to make three-ingredient chocolate chip cookies.

Rooxy also shared the recipe for her go-to healthy snack, which she swore by during her weight loss journey.
