Stacey Solomon admits ‘my pelvic floor has taken a beating’ vowing to deal with ‘mess’

Stacey Solomon has admitted that her "pelvic floor has taken a beating" as she vowed to deal with the "mess later."

The Sort Your Life Out star was celebrating her daughter, Rose, turning two on Saturday, 7 October, just days after her actual birthday.

Stacey shared a sweet video of the little one enjoying a bounce on a white bouncy castle, as she announced that Rose was in the middle of a little birthday party with her cousins and friends.

Alongside the clip, the 34 year old wrote: "Today we had a little bouncy castle and all of Rose's cousins and friends over for her birthday.

"Here she is, holding her new book and giving her best cheeeeeseee," followed by a crying face emoji.

Around an hour later, the mum of five updated her fans with another sweet photo of her holding her youngest, Belle, as she wrote: "I'm absolutely knackered, and my pelvic floor has taken a beating, but Rose had a lovely day" followed by a black heart emoji and a crying face emoji.

She continued: "I'm going to go to bed and deal with the mess in the morning," before adding a praying hands emoji and a laughing face emoji.

Finishing off her Instagram story, Stacey said: "Night everyone," and a black heart emoji.

Her updates come just four days after Rose and Stacey celebrated their joint birthday together.

Stacey shared some pictures of the pair together, as they posed in sweatshirts with their ages on, and alongside that, she revealed the "best gift" she ever received for her birthday.

She wrote: "34 & 2 The best gift I ever got on my birthday was you Rose. It’s a dream sharing this special day with you," the 34 year old penned. "Happy birthday, darling girl. 2 years have bloomin' flown by, and I’m already excited for 18-50 it’ll be here before we know it no doubt! To the moon and back, baby girl. We had the best day."

For Rose's birthday, Stacey, who is known for her craft skills, made her daughter a dolls house, and she told her fans that Rose "loved" it.

Stacey explained: "Rose LOVED her dolls house so so much. We played ALL morning. It was cake for breakfast. Then Rose had her taster day at nursery & the school mums & my sister took me out for lunch, then we did the school pick ups together in tutus."
