H&M shoppers have spotted a £28 quilted tote bag that’s the perfect budget-friendly alternative to the posh Saint Laurent’s £3620 shopping bag.

When it comes to high-end luxury bags, the designer brand YSL certainly are up there in the top, often creating one-of-a-kind and iconic designs – whether it's a chic clutch or an everyday purse.

One of their latest artisrtic creations, The Icare Maxi Shopping Bag In Quilted Lambskin, is no exception, with every other influencer and celebrity racing to snap up a copy.

And rightly so, as the posh bag in black is the perfect size, having enough room to carry your essentials, also boasting the iconic YSL logo in gold.

Top handles make it comfortable to carry over your shoulder, whilst the removable zipped pouch helps keep your belongings safe – and you can also turn it into a smaller make-up bag.

However, priced at an astronomical £3620, this accessory is certainly not the most affordable for many cash-strapped fashionistas.

Luckily, bargain-hunting style lovers have spotted what they reckon could be a great lookalike of the high-end bag – and it can be found at your local H&M.

Although not an identical dupe, H&M’s new Quilted Shopper comes with a similar matte leather finish and has a more triangular shape.

Similarly to the pricey designer sister, the more affordable baghas chic diamond quilting and large top handles, which means you can throw it over your shoulder and carry it around whilst running errands.

The bag, which retails for £27.99, measures 50cm wide,33cm high and 11cm deep and has already been braised by a number of cash-savvy shoppers.
