I’m A Celeb’s Nigel Farage teases comeback and refuses to rule out standing with Boris Johnson in next general election | The Sun
NIGEL Farage is plotting his political comeback after coming third in I’m A Celebrity.
The Brexit maestro, 59, this morning hinted at rejoining the conservative party for the next general election.
Farage was quizzed on Good Morning Britain on whether he had used his time on I’m A Celeb to groom the public for his political comeback.
He said: “I am looking at a conservative party that is effectively in shambles. Rishi is a lame duck walking.
“As to whether I have a future in politics I have no idea right at this moment. What I will say is 'never say never'.”
However, after being pushed further by Ed Balls he admitted that if there was a change of leadership in the Tory party then he would consider running in the next general election.

When questioned if he would re-join if Boris Johnson was leader, he said: “If some of those things happen – do you know what? It might happen.”
Farage is the former leader of the Brexit Party and served as a MEP for South East England from 1999 to 2020.
He was also the leader of UKIP from 2006 to 2009 and again from 2010 to 2016.
It comes as Farage was booted out of the I’m A Celeb camp last night.

Last night fans accused the show of giving Nigel the easiest challenge out of the night.
While Tony Bellew's trial saw him covered in guts and every insect imaginable, and Sam Thompson had to eat a pig's vagina, Nigel's final trial was relatively tame.
Nigel was trapped inside a coffin dubbed the "Panic Pit" and every two minutes he stayed in the enclosure meant that he would win a star, meaning he had to last 10 minutes to earn all available treats.
As the klaxon sounded, Ant McPartlin declared: "You’ve got company now, Nigel."
