Emmerdale fans ‘work out’ Chloe’s plan in another Mackenzie betrayal twist
Emmerdale fans believe they’ve sussed out Chloe Harris’ (played by Jessie Elland) fate as she is rushed to hospital while Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) attempts to cut ties with her.
ITV viewers will remember that Chloe, Mack, and Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) were involved in a horror crash during super soap stunt week.
At the time, Mack was able to escape the crash and had the option to save his ex-wife, Charity, or the mother to his son, Chloe.
He opted to pick The Woolpack owner, which caused Chloe to fall off the cliff and was eventually airlifted to the hospital where she was put in an induced coma and claimed to “remember nothing”.
However, it was later revealed that the mum-of-one remembered Mack picking his ex-wife over her and now fans think this week’s storyline is part of her revenge plot.

In upcoming scenes, Mack and Charity are attempting to ignore their feelings for one another.
However, when the latter cooks up the brilliant idea to swap the village for Scotland, Mackenzie has none of it and decides to lie down in front of her car, thus blocking her escape.
He will then announces that he will dump Chloe to focus on Charity full-time – a proposal the latter accepts the following day.
With his mind made up, Mack will attempt to break up with the mother of his child. But before he can tell her the truth, she collapses in the kitchen unconscious.
Chloe is the transported to a hospital while Charity watches on in disbelief and wonders whether Mack had the chance to break it off with her before she fainted.

Mack will accompany Chloe in the ambulance and will later promise to always be there for her if she collapses again.
However, many social media users believe that Chloe is playing a game with Mack and that the fainting may not be as fatal as it first seems.
One X user wrote: “As far as I know Chloe isn’t leaving.”
“She doesn’t die but scares Mac into staying. She’s got her claws well into him,” predicted a second.
Another commented: “Again, second attempt, just tell her if ‘emm don’t want her ffs.” (sic)
“She’s just going to continue getting in the way of Charity and Mackenzie getting back together for the rest of the year… no doubt she’ll also fake a few “funny turns” to try and get Mackenzie to stay with her too,” commented a fourth. (sic)

However, not everyone is impressed with the upcoming storyline.
One X user said: “Same old recycled stories of betrayal.”
A third replied: “Can the Mack/Charity/Chloe triangle end please, I swear a story has NEVER gone on this long… I’m so beyond over it.”
