‘Everyone was invited without exception. Martin H had to travel for work and Martin M had to cancel last minute due to one of his properties but he sent us a case of champagne.
‘Monique cancelled due to Taiya’s due date for her baby… They were with us in spirit and some FaceTimes on the night. Watch out for Part 2!!’

It comes after My Mum, Your Dad star Roger admitted going on the show after his wife’s death ‘split opinion in his family down the middle’.
The postman appeared on Monday’s Good Morning Britain with his new love Janey Smith who he met on the show to discuss his journey.
During a chat on GMB he said that both he and his loved ones initially shared concerns he was ‘not ready’ for romance.
On the show he confirmed to hosts Susanna Reid and Richard Madeley he had the same apprehension, saying: ‘Me as well yeah.’
He told them his stint on the show ‘was a debate in the family as well’ and added: ‘It split them down the middle.
‘But I said ‘if I had the once in a lifetime chance I am going to take it’.’
Richard then asked if the show had been a ‘journey of discovery’ for the star.
Roger again agreed and confessed: ‘I did think to myself if I met someone, I thought I would fall hard. And I did, very hard.’

Elsewhere entertainment editor Richard Arnold asked what the future held after the couple ‘fast-tracked’ their courtship.
Roger said: ‘She lives on the other side of the country to me, but it’s not an issue, I just get in my car and I smile all the way down.
‘I get on at the M25 and there’s traffic on the other side, but I just sit there smiling at them and say I’m going to meet Janey.’
As Janey then added: ‘We’ve seen each other every weekend since the show, we’ve not missed a chance and we’ll just continue to do the same but a little bit more.’

Why did you nominate your dad to go on the show? It was a joint thing with my brother and sister and it was our way of basically telling him that we were happy for him to start dating, if that was something he wanted to do.
It was a cop out on our part really, as it meant we didn’t need to sit down and actually say it. It was a sneaky way of saying, ‘Oh look at this, do you want to look into this?’ Never actually expected anything to come of it.
It was about putting dad first. We’d never really thought about us, or about ourselves in that situation. I wasn’t thinking about how I’d react, I was thinking about him.
The reason for that is he does the same for us, he would always put family first. So it was just a way of saying to him, stop worrying about us. If he wasn’t ready, that was also totally fine. It wasn’t an ultimatum. It was just, if you want to, you can, don’t worry about us.
Name: Zachary
Age: 21
Location: Essex
Profession: University student

Why did you nominate your mum to go on the show? I think my mum is such a good catch. Growing up, I’ve never really seen her in a really long settled relationship and that’s something I’ve always wanted for her.
