THIS Morning was left in chaos today as Ferne McCann’s newborn daughter had a toilet mishap just moments before going live.

And, the poo catastrophe happened just as Holly Willoughby went to give the baby a squeeze – leaving everyone red faced.

Ferne appeared on the ITV day time show with little Finty to discuss her birth and become a mum of two.

The former Towie star, who is also mum to a daughter called Sunday, welcomed her little one in July with her fiancé Lorri Haines.

Craig Doyle told fans that there had been a ‘major incident’ – seconds before the camera started rolling,

Holly explained: “I needed a cuddle, I jumped straight in, so me and Finty had a little cuddle but she sat down and had a release.

Ferne joked: “Poo explosion! She got a bit of stage fright bless her.”

Holly didn’t seem too worried and said: “We bonded in that moment didn't we?”

Ferne added: “I was just panicking about your dress.”

Ferne has previously opened up about how her daughter Sunday, five, has bonded with the new arrival.

She told OK! Magazine: “She has been so good. She’s taken on the big sister role.

"I think it’s a girl’s natural instinct – she’s loving changing the nappy. She finds the poo hysterical.

"She doesn’t understand how delicate Finty is and she’s like, ‘I want to hold her.’ She’s just obsessed with her.”

Ferne had a home birth as she had hoped and has filmed it all for her show, so fans will be able to see it all unfold.

Ferne and Lorri got engaged last July on holiday after they started dating in 2021.
