This Morning: Craig shocks Rochelle with a scream
This Morning presenter Rochelle Humes found herself taken aback as co-host Craig Doyle screamed in her face as she introduced the show.
She was innocuously welcoming viewers when the incident occurred and she looked visibly shocked telling Craig “that’s not how we rehearsed this” admitting that she nearly swore on air.
“Craig, that is not how we rehearsed this,” she exclaimed. “That is not OK because there is a word that is not good and broadcast-worthy right on the tip of my tongue. That was so close. So close.”
However, Craig explained that his erratic action wasn’t random and he hadn’t “gone crazy” as it was to tie in with a feature on scream therapy coming up later on the show.
“It feels good. I haven’t gone crazy – there’s a reason for that. I’m practicing…I feel great off the back of that. Absolutely great. Because I’m letting out all my stress you see. It’s called scream therapy.”

Rochelle was not convinced and quipped: “You might have let out your stress, but I feel very stressed.”
However, Craig was at pains to reassure her that she simply needed “to scream a little bit more.”
“It’s a new thing called scream therapy,” he told viewers. “If you don’t know anything about it don’t worry because, by the end of the show, you’ll all be screaming – hopefully for the right reasons.”
Unfortunately, after the dramatic introduction, the actual feature on the therapy seemed to hit the wrong note with fans of the show.
Hosted by Dave Fishwick, aka Bank on Dave, from a hotel in the Lake District it saw the entrepreneur turned TV personality try out the practice with a group on a screaming retreat, but viewers were not convinced.
