Married At First Sight UK groom Luke Worley has shared new photos showcasing his body transformation after shedding nearly two stone.
The 31 year old, who married Jay Howard on the E4 show, revealed he has lost an impressive 22lbs since his appearance on MAFS earlier this year, and is ready to show off his new body on a "much needed" holiday in the near future.
Luke also said he is getting ready to face fellow MAFS groom Jordan Gayle in a boxing match soon, following the pair's feud on the hit E4 show.
"Coming off MAFS I was 205lbs, Now I’m 183lbs," Luke penned. "22lbs lost – Getting match fit …and then ready for a much needed holiday."
Luke's followers flocked to congratulate him on his transformation, including some of his MAFS co-stars.
Thomas Kriaras said: "Proud of you brother!" while Paul Liba wrote: "Keep up the work," and Thomas Hartley said: "Well done."
"Brilliant job. Inspiring!" a fan commented and a second said: "Well done on the weight loss." A third said: "Looking absolutely amazing Luke smashing it well done you should be so proud."
Luke's transformation comes after heopened up about his time on MAFS, revealing he needed counselling after taking part in the intense experiment earlier this year. Following the reunion episode airing, he candidly opened up about how MAFS personally impacted him.
Taking to his Instagram Stories, Luke penned: "So after this reunion I cut myself off as I was at one of the lowest points of my life. I had to go to counselling for weeks to recover from MAFS as I lost myself and I didn't know who I was anymore."
He went on to slam viewers who have been trolling MAFS contestants online and vowed to "talk out" about "why reality TV is toxic" in the near future.
"Since MAFS started airing I have had hate including death threats and it's not acceptable," Luke wrote. "Whether you love me or hate me there is no need for scummy comments to me or any of the other cast. I will talk out about my experience and why reality TV is toxic in the coming weeks to spread awareness to others wanting to take part."
Luke's time on MAFS was dramatic to say the least with his on-going feud with fellow groom Jordan Gayle reaching boiling point before his and Jay's exit.
