Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have officially started the next chapter of their lives in Florida following the completion of their newly renovated waterfront mansion.
The former White House senior advisers purchased the $24 million fixer-upper on Indian Creek Island in April 2021, a few months after they moved from Washington, D.C. to Miami with their three children.
Their 1.3-acre estate overlooking Biscayne Bay is just one of 34 homes in the exclusive village known as ‘Billionaire Bunker’ thanks to its mega-rich residents.

It seems the couple spared no expense when they gutted and redesigned their new residence, which boasts six bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms.
New aerial images of the resort-style property show its expansive sun deck, perfect for enjoying the balmy Florida heat year-round.
The massive backyard has a large pool and a lavish spa-cabana featuring an outdoor shower, a sauna, a cold plunge, and a central ‘breezeway.’
Ivanka and Jared likely had their family’s privacy in mind when they opted to have a row of trees bordering the back of their waterfront home.
The former first daughter and her children, Arabella, 12, Joseph, 10, and Theodore, 7, have all taken to watersports, including wake surfing, since they moved to Florida.
So it should come as no surprise that her new pad has a bridge that leads to a private dock where they can store a boat and jet skis.
Ivanka and Jared’s personal oasis also features trees planted throughout the property and potted plants sitting on multiple balconies.
The birthday girl took advantage of the stunning front entryway when she posed for pictures with her husband and children ahead of her dinner party.

The family spent nearly three years at Arte Surfside, a luxury condominium building nestled between Miami Beach and Bal Harbor
Ivanka, who officially turned 42 on October 30, was dressed in a pink spaghetti-strap mini dress with open bell sleeves that were held together with rhinestone bows.
She completed her look with a pair of dangly diamond earrings and strappy white stiletto sandals that put her at almost the same height as her 6-foot-3 husband.
Jared, 42, was dressed casually in a white T-shirt, khaki pants, and a pair of white Nike sneakers for the occasion.
The couple’s sons, Joseph and Theodore, matched their dad in white button-up shirts, khakis, and tan loafers.
Meanwhile, Arabella was the spitting image of her mom in a long-sleeve olive green dress and sandals. Her brown hair was pulled back, and she was holding the family’s white dog, Winter.
The party appeared to be held in the backyard, where Ivanka had a long dining room table decorated with colorful flowers and pink napkins set up near their pool for a night of dining al fresco.
She took pictures with both Jared and her youngest son in front of the table.

It’s unclear who attended Ivanka’s birthday celebration over the weekend, as she only posted photos of herself with her family before the dinner party started.
‘Celebrated my birthday this weekend surrounded by friends and family,’ she captioned her Instagram post. ‘Here’s to another year of great memories with my favorite people!’

Amazon billionaire Jeff Bezos became the latest resident of ‘Billionaire Bunker’ after paying $68 million for a waterfront mansion in the neighborhood.
The world’s third-richest man, 59, initially kept his identity undisclosed when he bought he bought the three-bedroom property in June.
He also scooped up his neighbor’s seven-bedroom mansion for $79 million earlier this month.
Other A-listers who call the island home include hotel magnate Jeffrey Soffer, billionaire investor Carl Icahn, Haitian billionaire Gilbert Bigio, former Sears CEO Edward Lampert, and former United Airways chief executive Rakesh Gangwal.

Ivanka hosted her birthday party in her new home just a day or two after she found out she must testify in her father’s civil fraud trial in New York.
Her attorneys had filed a motion to quash a subpoena for her testimony in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ lawsuit against former President Donald Trump, his sons Don Jr. and Eric, the Trump Organization, and some executives.
But Judge Arthur Engoron sided with the state, pointing to documents showing that Ivanka has ownership or management ties to some businesses in New York and still owns Manhattan apartments.
The judge announced on Monday that her testimony was being delayed until November 8 to ensure there would be enough time for her to be questioned.
The lawsuit accuses her father of overstating his wealth for years on financial statements that were given to banks, insurers, and others to help secure loans and deals.
James is seeking $250 million in penalties and a ban on Trump doing business in New York.
The former president has denied the allegations.
