She's 5-foot-1 and a size large with 38DD boobs, and she found an affordable outfit while shopping online.
TikToker Nelly Toledo (@nellyytoledo) is all about "curvy confidence," according to her bio.

Nelly chose a floral print with a deep V-neck and lantern sleeves. The ensemble also has a tie at the waist.
