Aaron Lewis Postpones Remaining 2023 Tour Dates Due To Mandatory Vocal Rest
Aaron Lewis has announced that he is postponing the rest of his American Patriot Acoustic Tour dates to 2024 after his doctors advised him to undergo vocal rest.
Explaining the decision, Lewis said, “Life has reminded me I’m creeping up on 52. After recording a new Staind album, a new solo album and playing 150-plus shows this year, my doctors have insisted I take this month off to give my voice some much-needed rest before I do damage to my cords. It kills me to say this, but I have to listen to the professionals. Have a great holiday season and I look forward to seeing everyone in 2024.”
Seven remaining dates of the tour have been rescheduled to next year, while the December 17 concert has been canceled.
The country artist and Staind frontman has promised that all tickets purchased for the original tour dates will be honored at the new dates.
