A Polish woman is facing deportation after “forcibly grabbing” a man’s testicles.

Klaudia Staniszewska, 28, also slapped another woman during her rampage through The Brunel Shopping Centre in Swindon, Wiltshire. The bull in a china shop act saw her boot over wet floor signs as she reached the climax of a two-day-long alcohol-fuelled bender.

It was heard at Swindon Magistrates Court that she hit an elderly woman in a wheelchair. The woman is said to have been left shaking and in tears.

She was said by Prosecutor Keith Ballinger to have been “giggling” as she did this. Her rampage was brought to an end when a shop worker detained her – although she continued to thrash around after she had been stopped.

During this wild moment, Staniszewska “forcefully grabbed” a male worker’s penis. The man is understood to have suffered no lasting injury but did have pain and discomfort.

When police arrived she revealed to officers that she had been boozing for two days straight. She said that she had become angry at the fact that she had been made homeless and was without a place to stay.

Staniszewska “was appalled” at her crime when she was later informed of what she had done, Terry McCarthy, defending, said. He noted that she was “and still is appalled by what she did on that day”.

He added that “things have improved for the better in the last few months” and that “she now has a roof over her head”. Mr McCarthy noted that Staniszewska had expressed remorse for what had been done.

She is now understood to be on the lookout for work and “she would say this is an isolated incident”. Mr McCarthy added that she has now stopped drinking and does not use drugs.

Magistrates have handed down an 18-month community order with 25 rehabilitation activity days and the requirement to complete 175 hours of unpaid work. Of Highworth Road, Swindon, each of her victims was also ruled to be owed £100 by her. A deportation recommendation notice was also served.
