Strictly Come Dancing Layton Williams’ love life with deli-owner and actor beau

Strictly Come Dancing finalist Layton Williams is dating deli-owner James Harper.

They met at Glastonbury and hit it off and spent James’ birthday together last month bathing in wine at a spa in London. James is a also fellow actor, having starred on stage previously and now also owns and runs a deli and bar in London.

On Tuesday (November 28) Layton took to his Instagram to pay tribute to his beau. The Everbodys Talking About Jamie star shared a slew of adorable photos to celebrate his other half’s birthday milestone. One snap shaped the pair posing together at a festival, with the second image showing them in a hot tub.

In the caption, Layton wrote: "Birthday boy. How it started vs How it's going." He also took to his Instagram Story to give context to their relationship. Resharing his post, he wrote: “From meeting at @glastofest to bathing in wine at @glastofest.” He shared a further snap of him and his boo walking down the street together. He captioned it: “Happy birthday to my fave! #HardLaunch but no @ coz ya’ll are too [nose emoji]-y."

And of course, many followers were quick to congratulate the happy couple on their relationship, while some remained slightly distracted by the large wine bath. “So cute…But why is your wine glass filled with water and the bathtub filled with red wine??", one fan wrote. Another user said: "This made my heart melt! Love seeing you so happy! Couldn’t be happier for you babes."

"Is that a bath full of wine?," one person commented, to which Williams replied: "It is indeed." A source previously told The Sun: "James has been by Layton’s side all through Strictly. He even travelled to Blackpool to watch him perform there. They are obviously made for each other." It comes after Layton's professional Strictly partner Nikita Zumin raised concern about Layton's personal life during last weekend's semi-final.

After each couple danced their second routine, host Claudia Winkleman asked the celebrity's pro why they should be in the final three. Nikita said: "I know he makes it seem easy but you are the most hard working person I've been in the room with. You try to bring joy to everyone no matter what happens outside or what happens in your personal life, which I'm not going to go into that. You always bring joy." Nikita teared up as he looked at Layton and continued: "But especially….I see you cry you're making me cry…but you make me shine with how much you are shining. Honestly you're one of my best friends and this is just so special."
