Victoria Beckham's skincare secrets revealed – from a £700 treatment to the £3 beauty buy she can't live without | The Sun
SHE’S been in the spotlight for 25 years and whether you know her as one fifth of the iconic pop group, the Spice Girls, or as a fabulous fashion designer, there’s no doubt about it, Victoria Beckham always looks beautiful.
But the other thing that is pretty much guaranteed is that she’ll often have you asking the question – ‘how does she look so gorgeous?’
Chances are, you will have admired her glowing skin many times before.
Despite being in showbiz for two decades, the singer, mother and wife of David Beckham, has managed to completely defy her age.
So just how does the glossy-haired 49-year-old mum-of-four, do it?
The global icon recently told Bazaar: “Beauty has always been a passion of mine, and it really began during my time in the Spice Girls.

Skin what? Less is more, apparently
You’ll be surprised to know that this star claims that when it comes to skincare, she thinks less is more.
She previously told Glamour: “I tend to have a less-is-more approach with skincare.
“Fewer, better products are the way to go. I don’t have the time or patience to be fiddling with 10 different products at a time.”
Not only this, but she also revealed the simple trick she swears by for youthful-looking skin.
She added: “In the morning I start by splashing some cold water on my face to reverse any puffiness or dullness (or glass of tequila) from the prior night.
“I learned this little tip from Melanie Grant, my favourite facialist. She taught me to dunk my face in ice water, but most mornings I just use ice-cold water from the tap.”
Hydration, hydration, hydration: The products Posh swears by
If you want flawless skin like Posh, you’ll need to keep your skin hydrated.
Victoria regularly gives her fans a peek into her make-up bag on her social media, and previously revealed that she is religious about keeping her skin hydrated whenever she travels.
Some beauty buys that are always in her bag are the Sarah Chapman liquid facial d-stress mist, which will set you back £46, alongside the Augustinus Bader ‘The Cream’ which costs an eye-watering £205.
Other celebrities like Alexa Chung and Margot Robbie also swear by the Augustinus Bade buy – a lightweight yet hydrating formula that helps to regenerate skin cells to renew the surface of your complexion for brighter, more radiant skin.
If this pricey cream is out of your price range (and don’t worry, we can’t afford it either), you’ll be thrilled to know that there’s a slightly cheaper alternative that Posh also loves.
Posh told Glamour that she’s a big fan of the iconic TikTok product – Weleda Skin Food.
She said: “I love Weleda Skin Food: I use it on my hands morning and night.
“At night, I slather myself in Weleda Skin Food before bed. I cannot get enough of this thick moisturiser for my body.”
Eye say! Masks are a must
If you watched the Beckham’s recent documentary, you will know that eye bags aren’t a thing with this Spice Girl.
Unsurprisingly then, it’s not a surprise that she’s a big fan of eye masks, particularly those from 111SKIN.
While you can buy eye masks for cheap from Boots or Superdrug, there’s no expense spared when it comes to Victoria’s beauty regime, so a mere £75 on a pack of eight black diamond eye masks probably wouldn’t get her battering an eyelash.
While prepping on set for a Victoria Beckham Beauty shoot, our girl shared a behind-the-scenes picture of her modelling these iconic under-eye masks to prep her skin ahead of make-up.
These cult eye masks are a celebrity favourite thanks to their time-release formula – meaning they get to work straight away de-puffing and soothing tired eyes but continue to deliver a dose of hydrating, skin-smoothing benefits to under-eyes throughout the day.
Face off: The painful £700 treatment
Although Posh claims ‘less-is-more’ when it comes to skincare, it seems that this doesn’t apply to the cash she splashes on her beauty regime.
It turns out that the fashion mogul undergoes Morpheus8, known as the world’s most painful, non-invasive cosmetic procedure, every six months.
The facial involves putting 24 needles into your face but 'Victoria swears by it for keeping her skin' looking youthful.
However, if Posh fans want to follow suit, they will have to fork out a whopping £700 a time for the facial.
A source told The Sun: “Victoria loves her beauty treatments and is willing to try out new techniques when it comes to keeping her skin looking so good.
“She has one Morpheus8 treatment every six months. It is not for the faint-hearted and she has anaesthetic numbing cream applied to her skin 90 minutes before her treatment, which sees 24 4mm needles inserted into her face.
“A radio frequency is then transmitted through the needles, which goes through to the tissue underneath her skin. It is painful, but Victoria swears by it for keeping her skin looking so good.”
Get moving: The importance of facial massage
If you want flawless skin, skincare products alone simply aren’t enough.
As well as her beauty favourites, Victoria also swears by facial messages.
She has made no secret of her love of a good facialist and credits beauty specialist Sarah Chapman with being one of the skin experts that has helped her to get her acne-prone skin in check.
As a result, the star swears by regular facial massages, particularly ahead of travelling, to combat congestion and puffiness.
Start dabbing: The essential sponge
If you want your make-up to glow like Victoria, you’ll need to use a sponge to apply your powder, just like the icon herself.
There’s no doubt that her skin always looks amazing—particularly when she’s rocking a red carpet event.
On Instagram, Victoria previously revealed her simple, but effective beauty tip, as she shared that her make-up artist actually uses a mini Beautyblender to apply powder exactly where she needs it.
According to her, it's "the most accurate way to apply your powder.”
In the nude: The Spice Girls’ secret to a fuller pout
If you want bigger lips, but don’t fancy getting filler, you’ll be pleased to hear Victoria’s simple secret.
The star swears by nude lip products for plump lips, as she previously told Harper’s Bazaar: "Anyone who knows me knows I'm obsessed with both lipliner and shades of nude, so it was only natural that for my second collection I'd introduce the two lip essentials that I use to create my perfect nude lip look every day.”
Oh so salty: A bath fit for Posh
Many of us love a warm bath after a relaxing day, including Posh.
Not only is she a fan of a bath, but the stunner revealed to Harper’s Bazaar that she’s also a big fan of Epsom bath salts, which you can buy for just £3 from Boots.
She claimed: “I love a warm bath, especially on days when I’m on back to back calls, I like to use Epsom salts to unwind from the day.
“I usually follow this with the Osea Undaria Algae Body Oil and use it on my damp skin to lock in moisture.”
Take it off: The simple way
In an interview with Byrdie, the pop star explained that she swears by a £4.50 buy to remove her make-up.
Speaking about Face Halo make-up remover pads, she explained: “Even though it’s more of a ‘tool,’ it has really helped me up my cleansing regimen, which we all know is the foundation of any good skincare routine.
“I love how it helps get to the core of my pores for deep make=up removal (especially after wearing a full face of make-up on set).
“Even more, I love how it’s an amazing, sustainable improvement to disposable cotton pads of years past. A major upgrade in every way!”
Not only this, but she also claimed that she uses Bioderma Sensibio H2O Make-Up Removing Wipes too.
Sharing her love for the £13 wipes, she penned: “The only face wipes that actually take off all my makeup are the Bioderma ones.
