Mark Wright and best pal Arg are giving us TOWIE flashbacks on Mallorca night out
Mark Wright and James 'Arg' Argent have been giving us TOWIE flashbacks as they reunited in Mallorca, with Mark sharing the night out with fans on Instagram.
Arg, 35, and his pal Albie Davies were performing at the Stadium 63 pub in Palmanova, with Mark, 36, supporting his friend from the crowd.
Sharing a clip of Arg on stage to his Instagram Story, Mark added the text: "Proud of you boy @real_arg", he followed this with a clip of himself the pair of following the performance.
Mark also revealed that his mum was in attendance at the event, as he shared a video of himself dancing with her, adding the text: "I love you mum @carolwright1"
Arg's Spanish getaway comes before his time on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins makes it to TV, with the new series kicking off on 25 September.
In a first look at the brand-new series, Arg could be seen breaking down into tears in the show's trailer in scenes which are difficult to watch.
A source revealed to OK! last year that Arg decided to take part in the next series to try and deal with some of the "demons" from his past.
"He's decided to sign up because he's in great health now, he's sober, he's doing it to try and deal with some of the demons from his past," the source explained.
Arg recently took to Instagram to confirm that he will feature in the latest Channel 4 series and that is was one of the “hardest physical and mental challenges” of his entire life.
Arg penned: “I’m honoured to reveal that I have taken part in this years #SASWhoDaresWins. It was honestly one of the hardest physical and mental challenges of my life.
"A year before I entered the course I was weighing 27 stone and I couldn’t even tie my own shoe laces. To even pass the medical to compete was a win in itself. I tried my very best, I hope people see a different side to me and I make everyone proud."
Arg is just one of the sixteen celebrities facing one of the toughest challenges of their lives when they’re put through the most gruelling stages of SAS selection in the brand-new fifth series.
He'll be joined by Matt Hancock, Amber Turner and Teddy Soares, who will also be taking part in what is perhaps the most difficult show on TV.
