HE might be 63, but one gym-goer has a body many men half his age could only dream of.

And that's why the self-described "beast" will continue showing it off – despite what haters might say.

The dad is a huge fan of wearing teeny swimming trunks – aka budgie smugglers – to show off his impressive muscles when he hits thebeach.

But he's been told by some people that he's "too old" to wear such skimpy swimwear.

Over the top of a TikTok video of himself in a pair of tiny black trunks while on a boat, with a stunning mountain background, he wrote: "I'm too old?

"At 62 I'll wear whatever the hell I want to wear. So TikTok that."

But people in the comments insisted that no-one should be allowed to wear the banana hammocks any more.

"I don’t care how good of shape a guy is in, those speedos should be outlawed !! NOTHING attractive about those, don’t need to see it ……." one wrote.

"A speedo? im 62 and those were NEVER cool lol," another insisted.

"Honestly nothing to do with age you look fantastic! I’m just not into those tiny men’s suits," a third wrote.

To which the dad responded: "Thanks and the point is not the speedos but demonstrating, especially to young people, that a healthy lifestyle can lead to a more youthful body."

That clip was actually from last year, but the man proved he hasn't let the comments stop him from wearing the barely-there bottoms in another video from this August.

In the video, he was seen sporting a white patterned pair as he flaunted his physique on the beach.

And people were quick to comment, with one writing: "Damn it boy!! handsome and sexy double threat!!"

"Holy s**t !!!!" another exclaimed.

"You’re smoking hot!"

"That’s 63?? Damn sir," a third commented.

He works hard to maintain such a lean physique though, hitting the gym most days, and often sharing footage from his workout sessions online.

In a recent video, he showed himself doing some impressive exercises to build up his biceps, as he wrote over the top: "63…. and counting.

"Multiple movements work all muscle fibres for maximum growth."

"I want to be you at 63! F YEAH!!" one person commented.

"Best workout I've seen in a long time…. good stretch!!!" another praised.
