And no, I did not get surgery, it wasn&#8217;t gua sha,&#8217; Kaylin, who runs an online membership group called The Highest Self Hotties, which helps women &#8216;glow up,&#8217; proclaimed.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The main thing that changed from then to now is my hormones,&#8217; Kaylin explained, adding that stress and her hormones &#8217;caused so much inflammation&#8217; in her body.<\/p>\n<p>Kaylin said she used to be puffy everywhere, even in her legs and arms, because she was holding onto &#8216;so much water weight&#8217; and stress.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;There is literally negative energy pouring off of my body,&#8217; Kaylin said while showing an old photo of herself during a night out in a little black dress.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The wellness influencer explained that at the time she was &#8216;eating nothing,&#8217; and her &#8216;body and mind were just so stressed out.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>She thinks the biggest problem is that people think of stress as &#8216;an emotion and not an actual thing that&#8217;s happening within our bodies.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Your body simply does not know the difference between mental and physical stress.
