WHO Wants To Be A Millionaire winner Donald fear has revealed his brother Davyth won £500,000 on the show last year.
The history and politics teacher is the first winner on the show in 14 years.
In 2019, retired geography teacher Davyth Fear became the 10th contestant to walk away with £500,000.
Having been christened as David when raised in Cornwall, Mr Fear officially adopted the name 'Davyth' in his early twenties in recognition of his Cornish roots.
Speaking of his experience on the show, Mr Fear told north Wales Chronicle: "The worst bit was the 'Fastest Finger First'.
"I was nervous at that time but did my best to concentrate.
"After that, I just wanted to do myself justice and take each question as it came my way.
"Of course, I'm very very pleased to have gone so far on the show but I do feel as though I was lucky with the questions I received."
Davyth Fear was 59 when his life changed forever after he answered 14 questions correctly to take away £500,000 on an episode of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire aired on Sunday, August 31.
Davyth generously handed 40 per cent of his winnings to his family.
Davyth stumbled on the final question ‘which of these people was born the same year as Queen Elizabeth II?’
He used the phone-a-friend lifeline. The phone-a-friend thought the answer was B, Judy Garland.
Davyth said he would have guessed A, Audrey Hepburn but it was actually D. Marilyn Monroe.
Donald Fear celebrated his win with his older brother, who he claims is the more intelligent sibling.
Donald told Sky News: "He is so pleased for me.
"We went to spend a night in a hotel with our wives last week and got absolutely plastered and he kept poking me saying how pleased and how overjoyed he was by it."
