UK’s first OnlyFans millionaire settles legal battle with ex over £1.2m mansion

A choir girl who became the UK's first OnlyFans millionaire has settled a legal battle with her former partner over a £1.2million mansion.

Model Dannii Harwood, 41, finalised the legal back and forth with ex-partner Paul Thornton, 48, regarding their £1.2million, Dorset-based mansion, as well as their £350,000 flat in Surrey.

Mr Thornton claimed he was due a share of the four-bedroom home, which was in her name, while Ms Harwood claimed a half share of a basement flat they bought in his name.

The case was presented to Central London County Court and has been settled after a last-minute agreement between the former couple.

It appears the pair agreed to sell the flat and split the proceeds of sale, while Dannii gave her ex £35,000 to drop claims over her Bournemouth-based home.

Dannii, who is currently engaged to partner Chris May, had bought the home as well as the basement flat as an investment back in 2006 with her former partner, Daily Mail reported.

Two separations and a confirmed permanent severance of their partnership in 2019 had led to a row over the basement flat and Bournemouth home.

Greg Williams, representing Dannii, said: "The parties' common intention was that they would own the beneficial interest in the basement flat equally, just as they held the ownership of the upstairs house."

The dispute was set to go forward at London County Court last week with Judge Nigel Gerald presiding over the case, though it appears an agreement was reached.

The former couple has since settled their differences, with a judge told their sales would see the proceeds split 50-50 on the two homes.

Dannii clamIED to have made herself a millionaire back in 2020 after signing up for an OnlyFans account.
