Dad Paul initially declined to comment about his role in the attack but later admitted: ''I should have dealt with it differently.
"I am sorry for what I have done."
Christopher was treated for a cut to his head and one under his eye – but refused to make a statement to cops.
It is not known whether he faces any police action over claims he hit Crowe's sister.
And prosecutors said there was no CCTV evidence of the victim hitting the woman.
At Warrington Magistrates' Court Sarah admitted affray whilst her father pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Angela Blackmore, prosecuting, said: “A 999 call was received in relation to a fight and the report was from the manager of that establishment.
"Upon police arrival, Sarah Crowe was identified to the officers as being involved.
“The injured party is seen with serious facial injuries but he refuses to disclose to officers how he sustained the injuries or who was involved.
"Police reviewed CCTV from inside and outside the club which showed Sarah Crowe arguing with Mr Ellams inside the club.
''The altercation escalates and moves outside when Mr Crowe is seen to start punching Mr Ellams.
"Both ended up on the floor and at this point Sarah Crowe becomes involved.
"She kicks the complainant several times before being dragged away by her partner, who is the son of the victim.
“In relation to the victim, he was taken to hospital and both parties were arrested."
'THERE IS A DEGREE OF PROVOCATION'
The pair, both from Runcorn were sentenced to 12 months in jail suspended for two years and told to pay £307 each.
Crowe was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and 20 days of rehabilitation activity.
Paul was told to carry out 35 days of rehabilitation activity with the probation service.
Their lawyer Peter Green said: ''It's fair to say that an influencing factor in this as far as Miss Crowe is concerned is the amount she had to drink.
"She accepts full responsibility for her behaviour and is remorseful.
''Mr Crowe also accepted full responsibility for the incident.
"By way of background, they had been to a darts presentation night.
"It is fair to say that Mr Ellams, the victim, had assaulted both Sarah and also her younger sister and that was communicated to Mr Crowe.
“Obviously he was not very happy about it. It is against that backdrop when the incident occurs.
"There is a degree of provocation there. Certainly, it does not excuse what has gone on.
"Mr Crowe is very clear he does not want that to be used as some sort of justification, but it's an explanatory factor.

“It was not completely unprovoked. It's fair to say, if their daughters are manhandled or abused in any way most fathers are not going to be very happy about it."
