‘Prince Harry will be as bald as William by 2026’ predicts hair loss expert

A hair loss expert reckons Prince Harry will have “egg on his face” after making fun of Prince William’s “alarming baldness”.

Speaking to the Daily Star, hair loss consultant Spencer Stevenson explained that the Duke of Sussex’s days with a thick crop were numbered and he could soon exhibit the “male baldness gene within the Royal Family”.

Spencer explained: “I think he's got two or three years maximum unless he intervenes and uses proven treatments.”

The SpexHair chief's comments come after a particularly savage passage of the Prince’s newly released memoir, Spare, which finally hit the shelves yesterday (Tuesday, January 10).

In it, the Prince described a meeting he had with his older brother in the aftermath of the Megxit saga.

“I took it all in, his familiar scowl which had always been his default in dealings with me, his alarming baldness more advanced than my own, his fading resemblance to mummy which was fading with time, with age,” he wrote.

Despite Harry’s insistence on 60 Minutes with Anderson Cooper that the comment wasn’t “cutting at all,” many have felt that Harry was being a little unkind towards his big brother.

Hair expert Spencer reckons the Duke of Sussex will live to regret the comment.

“People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones,” he told the Star.

He explained how Harry, “pokes fun at Williams's hair loss…which is gonna come back and haunt him and he’s going to have egg on his face.

“I think he’ll regret those comments."

According to the guru, who has worked with a number of celebrities including Jimmy Carr, 85% of men begin to experience some form of hair loss by the age of 35.

And now it seems as though the Invictus Games patron is counted among them with the 38-year-old having been “clearly losing his hair for easily five-plus years.”

“He’s very, very thin on top and essentially bald in the crown area,” he said.

“I think it was quite foolish to make the comment,” he added.

“I think he will live to eat those words – he probably already is doing."

He noted: “Harry will definitely [be bald] if he continues to lose hair at the rate that he has been – [he’ll be] completely bald in two to three years.”
