In 2015 the former England rugby captain turned pundit and reality TV contestant said he was finally going to do something about his crooked bridge, having suffered breathing problems for years.
The 39-year-old, who is expecting his second child with Princess Anne’s daughter, then stepped out with a visibly straighter snout.
Now he has been spotted with an even more symmetrical bridge as he crawled through dirt, shimmied up walls and shot down slippery slides at the Spring Wolf Run in East Sussex on April 28.
A source close to the Wolf Run event, who does not wish to be identified, said he was told the rugby star underwent surgery last week to fine-tune his already improved nose.
The Wolf Run is back to Pippingford Park, East Sussex on the weekend of 29th and 30th September.
