An evil pet owner has been jailed after he beat his innocent puppy to death in a frenzied attack.

An investigation was launched after cops were alerted by Collier County Domestic Animal Services over their suspicions of abuse against an animal.

Authorities discovered that Garon and his girlfriend took the injured pooch to the Emergency Pet Hospital, 6530 Dudley Drive on July 29.
The pair were unable to come up with an explanation for his injuries when they were asked by hospital staff.
According to police, the dog was wet, disoriented, and struggled to breathe normally.
Buzz couldn't stand or lift up his head either and had muscle damage throughout his body, reports Local10.
A medical examination revealed he could have suffered from head trauma.
Buzz also had endured bruising to his right ear and mouth.
Despite the vet's best efforts, the puppy died later died at the hospital following the despicable attack.

It has been reported that police arrested Garon last week after a witness contacted the hospital and informed staff that they heard him beat up the puppy.
The necropsy report revealed that Buzz's death was caused by non-accidental, blunt force trauma to the head and body with secondary internal haemorrhage.
Veterinarians said it is likely that the puppy majorly suffered from his injuries before his death.
Sheriff Kevin Rambosk, of The Collier County Sheriff’s office, said: “This is one of the worst cases of animal abuse we’ve seen.
“No animal should ever have to suffer such a death.”
Detectives determined Garon had caused the injuries.
