Instagram model cocktail waitress exposed as cocaine drug dealer in police sting

An Instagram model and cocktail waitress was busted for drug dealing in a massive police crackdown.

Veronica Zinger pleaded guilty after she was pulled over by place who watched her driving around selling cocaine in Sydney.

The 23-year-old – who had tens of thousands of admirers on Instagram – confessed as she was left cuffed at the roadside.

She pleaded guilty to four charges at Sydney’s Downing Centre Local Court, two of supply prohibited drug and one each of possess prohibited drug and deal with the proceeds of crime

Video shows the model – wearing denim shorts and crop top – looking dejected sat on the curb while police search her car.

She was arrested as part of a massive sting by Australian police at the end of last year, which ended up with 84 people being charged in a cocaine crackdown.

Confronted by police, Zinger pointed police to where she hid her stash.

She said: “Yeah, some bags in the centre console… coke, cocaine.”

Zinger, who worked at a casino and was also a personal trainer, was pulled over while driving around Barangaroo.

It is one of the city’s top financial districts – and is packed with bars filled with cash flush high flyers.

Zinger was also found by police to be carrying MDMA in the car as they searched.

She was being watched by police when she pulled up her Honda CRV.

Plain clothes officers observed her making a drug deal as part of Operation Northrop.

She beckoned a man into the car, and sold him $500 worth of cocaine, reports

Shortly after he left the vehicle, police pounced on the man as he walked away finding two bags containing 1.4g of cocaine on him.

Zinger had driven off but within seconds she was intercepted by police on a nearby street.

Caught bang to rights, she admitted having bags of drugs hidden in the centre console and in her handbag.

“It’s probably MDMA,” she told officers. “I dunno, like I know it’s not mine but I might have left it there from ages ago.”

Police found four bags of cocaine weighing 2.8g as well as 1.1g of MDMA.

Two phones were found with messages leading to Zinger’s next drug deal.

She also had $2150 dollars in the car – believed to be from the sale of coke.

When cops asked if she had sold cocaine to the man, she replied “yeah, he got in my car and I gave it to him”.

Zinger’s promotional pages boast she dreamed of getting into “feature roles” on screen.

She also described herself as a “very vibrant and bubbly personality”.

Her now closed Instagram pose featured snaps of her living in the high life in Italy, Greece and the Middle East.

She was one of 84 people arrested on alleged cocaine charges in a citywide police crackdown on the Christmas party drug market in November and December.
