Harry rejected offer of secret summit to heal rift with William, expert says
Prince William's offer to heal his conflict with Prince Harry was rejected by the younger sibling, a royal expert has claimed.
The olive branch initiated by the heir to the throne came following Harry's ITV interview alongside Meghan Markle in 2019 when they revealed they were "struggling" with life as working royals.
Harry also surprisingly revealed that his sibling bond with William was experiencing "good days" and "bad days".

Despite reports that said William was "furious" with his brother revealing the state of their personal relationship, royal commentator Valentine Low claims that William attempted to set up a meeting where he could talk openly with his younger brother.
While Harry was initially said to be open to meeting William, he was wary that news of their summit would be leaked by royal staff which led to him turning William down.
In his new book 'Courtiers: The Hidden Power Behind The Crown', Valentine writes: " The day after the documentary aired, William WhatsApped his brother to ask if he could come and see him.
"This put Harry and Meghan into a spin. What should they do?
"Initially, Harry was in favour. Then he spoke to his brother again, and asked him whom he would tell. William explained that he'd have to clear his schedule, which would mean telling his private secretary. At that point, Harry told him: Don't come.

"He was so concerned that William's team would leak the visit to the press that he would rather not see his brother than risk it getting into the papers."
Another excerpt of the book includes the claim that Meghan threatened to break-up with Prince Harry if he didn’t announce publicly that the pair were in a relationship.
According to Valentine, The Duchess of Sussex reportedly told him she would end their relationship "if he did not do something about it".
