Meghan Markle have rushed to her defence following accusations of her staging paparazzi pictures.
New photos have emerged of the Duchess of Sussex out and about in California after reports she was spotted Christmas shopping.
The snaps taken in Montecito on Wednesday show the mum-of-two dressed in a low-key disguise made up of a beanie hat, sunglasses and a blue face mask.
Twitter users claim Meghan took the opportunity to orchestrate a C-list celebrity style photoshoot but others on social media were not having it.
One person wrote: "The entire world is shopping online but #MeghanMarkle decided to hit the shops in her Sunday best and paps knew the exact time and location of her solo, undercover excursion .. #gofigure."
Another commented: "Meghan Markle goes undercover for a solo shopping trip in Montecito, Translation: She called the Paps.
"Santa Barbara is a small community paparazzi aren’t just hanging around waiting for her too come out #Desperate."
'The Body Language Guy' whose real name is Jesús Enrique Rosas, reacted to the photos with an eight minute long Youtube clip which racked up almost 100,000 views within hours.
He said: "They want to come off as spontaneous but there is something that is just off about them.
"These must be the cleanest and sharpest paparazzi photos in history, especially by the fact that this happened at a time of day where the angle of the sun fell in exactly the best way possible to light whoever got out of the shop."
He added: "How did the photographer know that this was her?"
However not everyone online has been so cynical about the pictures, the Express reports.
