Tragically three others also died on their way to the hospital.
The shooter was found dead by cops after he turned the gun on himself.
A former employee at the store told the Daily Mirror that Bing was a "major germaphobe" who was almost "always stressed and p****d off".
He revealed: "He wrote me up two days in a row and I quit a week later because of him, actually.
"Nobody really liked him because he could be an a******. He always got me in trouble for little stuff like leaving a pallet in the wrong spot or something stupid and it was all the time."
A Walmart spokesperson said: "While details of the tragic incident in our Chesapeake, Virginia store are still emerging, authorities have confirmed multiple fatalities. We are focused on doing everything we can to support our associates and their families at this time.

"We are thankful for the local first responders and will continue to work with local law enforcement as they continue their investigation.”
The Chesapeake SWAT team searched the 31-year-old's house and investigators are actively working to learn more about the suspect's background and what may have motivated the shooting.
Cops are urging anyone who may have been in the store and fled to contact them.
