Peter Andre has revealed he is desperately trying to protect his kids from Katie Price headlines.
The father-of-four said he is doing his best to make sure Princess and Junior "avoid" stories about their mum’s increasingly chaotic life.
When asked about being a "protective dad", Peter told Lorraine Kelly that he was "really proud" of his kids during a tricky time.
He was clearly struggling to hold back his true feelings and had a giggle as he told Lorraine he was being "diplomatic".
The doting dad recently whisked his kids away on a luxury holiday in Florida and has moved the kids in with him and wife Emily.
Peter confessed he has been getting his two eldest kids to "concentrate on other things" as the "internet is a scary place".
When asked about Katie, he said: "Obviously when it comes to the kids and newspapers and internet I try my best to avoid them.
"There’s lots of stories about lots of different things – see how diplomatic I’m being.
"It’s just trying to get them to concentrate on other things. I think the internet is a bit of a scary place in general. You can find good news and bad news."

Lorraine said Peter was "getting the balance right" with the kids as they were having fun and "getting family life" with him and Emily.
She was perhaps hinting at Katie’s turbulent love life after her split from toyboy Kris Boyson last week, citing they ‘wanted different things’.
The ex glamour model has already been pictured cosying up to hunky businessman Alex Adderson.
But Peter is focusing on their kids and praised them for excelling in their London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art exams.
"They both went for it and both got a distinction and I’m so proud of them," he said. "They’ve been practising in the garden over and over again."
On Junior’s future he added: "I say there’s time. I want him to concentrate on his school. The longer it takes for him to do what he wants to do he’ll be better at his craft."
