Jason Bateman is well known for his role as the Byrne family patriarch, Marty on Netflix’s hit crime drama Ozark. Away from the screen, the actor is one of three hosts of the Smartless podcast and ahead of its first anniversary, they have announced a podcast tour.
Alongside Jason, Sean Hayes and Will Arnett also feature on Smartless as hosts.
On the hit podcast, they share their life experiences and also regularly surprise their listeners with mystery guests who they interview.
These surprise guests have included the likes of Vice President Kamala Harris, actress Jennifer Anniston and professional basketball player Lebron James.
Smartless was also named one of the best podcast shows by Apple and was signed to Spotify in a $100 million deal.

The Smartless Live Tour will set sail next year on February 2nd at the Massey Hall in Toronto.
It will be a limited tour and also stop at Boston, Brooklyn, Chicago, Wisconsin before wrapping up at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles.
On the road, surprise guests will also join them at every stop, sharing their own hilarious life experiences.
With the likes of George Clooney, Paul McCartney, Adam Sandler and Awkwafina featured as guests on Smartless, listeners can expect a surprise of that calibre.
Sean Hayes is also an actor and best known for his Jack McFarland on the Will and Grace sitcom.
The co-host has won an Emmy award, four SAG Awards and an American Comedy Award as well as six Golden Globe nominations throughout his onscreen career.
Sean is also set to star in Netflix’s Q-Force, a brand new animated gay spy series alongside the likes of Wanda Sykes and Laurie Metcalf.
Will Arnett is also a renowned actor who is loved by fans for portraying Gob Bluth in Arrested Development.
He has also appeared in films such as The Lego Movie, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and The Lego Batman movie.
Will also shared the news of the Smartless live tour on social media and tons of fans took to his Twitter comments to share their excitement.
One listener posted: “Excited to see you in Boston! You guys have gotten both hubby and I through our daily pandemic walks.”
Another begged for hosts to add more cities: “Stoked for you guys but if you want to add a Denver date that’d be cool too.”
Jason, Will and Sean got together to post their first episode last year and released new episodes weekly every Monday.
On Aug. 1 new episodes will be released exclusively for one week on Amazon Music and Wondery+ before they are widely available on all other platforms.
Tickets for the live show go on sale July 16 and are available for pre-sale beginning Monday.
