The reality show favourite, who is pals with Prince Harry’s fiance Meghan Markle, started firm Cammac four years ago, selling clothes via Asos.
But documents show it is to be liquidated with a shortfall for creditors of £548,000.
Millie will personally lose £178,000 from the collapse.
Millie, from the chocolate dynasty behind Quality Street, described her “great sadness” as the business went under.
She added: “Despite being a top seller with a number of our stockists, the financial climate in the fashion industry has proved immensely challenging and the business is no longer sustainable.
“Unwavering support from friends, family and customers has made this decision even harder.”
