Lupin season 2 release date: When are Netflix dropping part 2?

LUPIN viewers who have raced through the first five episodes are desperate to know when the story will continue.

When will Lupin part 2 be released on Netflix?

Much to fans dismay, Netflix hasn't set an official release date for Lupin part two.

It seems likely that the final five episodes of the series have been written and filmed, but that has not been officially confirmed.

If the next five episodes have indeed been filmed, it could be expected that they would release later in the year. 

Given the popularity of the show, it seems that the future of Lupin may go beyond one series, but that's for Netflix to decide…

What will happen in Lupin part 2?

Part one followed protagonist Assane as he tried to solve the mystery of the villainous Hubert Pellegrini to absolve his father's name.

But one savvy detective discovered Assane's identity.

Detective Youssef has been intrigued and impressed by Assane's subterfuge over recent episodes, so the mastermind may even be able to get Youssef on side to clinch Hubert's guilt.

Meanwhile, Pellegrini now knows the identity of his pursuer, so Assane will have to be extra cautious in his endeavours going forward.

After Raoul's capture by Pellegrini's henchman, who knows where the series could take us – but fans are hoping for a happy family renunion above anything else.
