Love Island fans left distracted by ITV2 villa’s swimming pool during ‘awkward’ scene
Love Island viewers were left rather distracted by the villa's swimming pool on Wednesday's episode of the hit ITV2 dating show.
During the latest instalment, Lana Jenkins and Shaq Muhammad decided to chat in the swimming pool as their partners – Ron Hall and Tanya Manhenga went on dates with the new bombshells.
Lana, 25, and Shaq, 24, were also joined by farmer Will Young as they guessed what their partners were getting up to outside of the villa.
However, viewers were left distracted by the scene as they questioned why the Islanders were just standing in a "paddling pool" and not using the proper swimming pool behind them.
Taking to Twitter, one person said: "Standing in the pool looks mad awkward like go sit on the side at least #LoveIsland."
A different account put: "That shallow pool is making this even more painfully awkward #LoveIsland."
Another follower wrote: "What’s going on with the paddling pool at the villa? #LoveIsland."
While a different viewer added: "Why are they just standing up in the paddling pool like that? #LoveIsland."
It comes as Love Island viewers have spotted an "annoying" habit in the ITV2 villa as the second winter series of the hit dating show gets underway.
The hit show returned on Monday 16 January with a slew of new sexy singletons hoping to find love and "The One" during their time.
However, viewers have been left distracted so far during the winter series as they have spotted an "annoying" habit amongst the Islanders.
Show watchers have noticed that the contestants keep using the word "unreal" to describe everything so far on the ITV2 show.
Taking to Twitter, one person said: "Is ‘unreal’ the word of this season? #LoveIsland."
A different account put: "Can they stop saying “unreal” pls #LoveIsland" with a crying emoji.
Another viewer said: "Is “Unreal” is the word of the series???? #LoveIsland."
A different account wrote: "How many times are they going to say ‘unreal’ this season. i’m tired #LoveIsland."
While another viewer added: "If i hear 'unreal' one more time #LoveIsland."
Love Island continues every night at 9pm on ITV2.
