Little People fans think Matt Roloff has picked a FAVORITE child after he's seen on Arizona vacation with just one son

TV FANS have shared theories about Matt Roloff's favorite child after the father and son were spotted in Arizona together without the rest of the family.

The Little People Big World stars have been at war over their 100-acre Oregon farm famous for its 36-acre pumpkin patch.

Now fans are convinced that Matt, 60, has chosen a favorite child amid disagreements on which of his four kids should take over the property when he retires.

One took to Reddit on Sunday to claim that they saw the family patriarch out to dinner with his girlfriend Caryn and his youngest son Jacob, 25.

They wrote: "So I live in Surprise (the area Matt and Caryn have a house) and saw Jacob and fam out for dinner with Matt yesterday. Not super interesting but I don’t have anyone else to share it with but y’all!"

Later, Jacob took to his Instagram story to share a nature photo from his Arizona vacation.

FAN THEORIES

Others took to the comments section of the Reddit post to discuss the sighting as tensions have run hot with the Roloff family of late.

"Interesting to see how close Jacob has been getting with Matt now that he's a father, I didn't expect this really, Jacob never seemed to have much of a relationship or interest in Matt when they were kids and seemed even a little resentful," one noted.

"I hope some meaningful repair is happening but maybe Jacob is just being nice so he can have some land to grow his weed and support his family, which tbh can't blame him for the hustle, but I'd expect him to get burned just like the twins eventually," they added.

"Matt has just promoted Jacob to the golden child since the twins are firmly in scapegoat territory, and Jacob, never having experienced this kind of attention and affection from his dad, is eating it up for now. He’ll learn, just like his siblings," a second remarked.

A third guessed: "Or maybe he did learn from watching his brothers and treats this the same way Matt does, like a business transaction. Take the benefits while they flow with no expectations of getting the farm. Matt's probably mortgaged up to his eyeballs anyway."

"I could be totally off on this, but it seems like all the kids except Molly buddy up to Matt with wanting the farm on their minds. First, we saw it with Jeremy," another theorized.

"Now he and Audrey whine about the "death of a dream" when he couldn't strike a deal to buy the farm. Exit Jeremy, you don't see him with photos of him and Matt anymore.

"Now there's Zach. From timing I used following social media posts, not long after it didn't work out for Zach to buy the farm, so he moves to a new place and suddenly there's Jacob working at the farm and buddying up to Matt. I don't think the baby has anything to do with why Jacob is suddenly being seen working or traveling with Matt," they closed.

TENSE DEBATE

Matt and his three sons have been battling over who will take over the family farm as sources say he could soon retire to spend more time at his vacation home in Arizona with girlfriend Caryn Chandler.

The 60-year-old patriarch has run Roloff Farms in Helvetia, Oregon for over 30 years.

He has three sons, Jacob, Zach, and Jeremy, along with daughter Molly, an accountant, with his ex-wife Amy.

'HEARTBREAKING' DECISION

Matt and Jeremy failed to come to an agreement so earlier this month the news broke that he listed the 16-acre portion of the family farm for sale at $4m.

The fallout from the decision has been catastrophic for the family, with Zach deciding to not work this year’s pumpkin season at Roloff Farms.

In a recent episode of the family's TLC show, the father of three accused his dad of not “valuing the next generation” of the family.

But Matt has stood his ground, claiming that he and his eldest sons could not work together "toward a possible joint sale."

The TLC star has said that his twin sons "decided individually that the timing was not right for them to purchase a part of the farm."

JACOB IN THE LEAD?

Who will take the reigns has been the biggest question from fans of the show, and in March an inside source claimed Jacob was Matt's ultimate choice for the job.

"Matt would prefer Jacob and wife Isabel to take over the farm but he's not sure they are on board at the moment," a source exclusively told The Sun.

The insider continued: "He is the youngest son but Matt knows Jacob has potential, they are on the farm a lot, and Matt thinks this is a good way to teach him a lot of things he needs to learn.

"Zach has also mentioned taking over the farm, and Jeremy has said in the past he would like it, so Matt is still kind of stuck on what the next steps are, but he would prefer Jacob.

"Matt is on good terms with all his sons, and Jeremy has been working on making the pumpkin season for visitors, but the situation of who will take over the farm is still an issue yet to be resolved," they said at the time.
