The fitness instructor talked about his hopes for the future as he answered questions from Katie's fans on Instagram.
He has been getting close to Katie's five kids – Harvey, Princess, Junior, Bunny and Jett – since they met last summer.
Just five days ago he posted a sweet snap of him and Harvey cuddling on the sofa.
And yesterday Katie said she was making plans to adopt an orphan from Nigeria following her troubled year.
But it looks like 29-year-old Kris is already thinking about having his own children as he described himself as "old school".
When asked "do you ever want kids and marriage", Kris replied: "Yes, I love kids and I'm old school so marriage is 100 per cent on the cards."
That could mean that Kris is looking towards his future with Katie and their growing family.
Yesterday the former glamour model told hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby she had been thinking about adoption for a long time, but now feels ready to offer an orphan a home.
Katie said: "I've always said I wanted to adopt a child and don't care if they've got a disability or what age they are. I feel like I can offer a place."
Plans to make her dream a reality came after Katie got talking to a woman at her nail salon who does work with an orphanage in Nigeria.
Katie was supposed to go to Nigeria last weekend, but said she couldn't because she was looking after the kids.
She shares custody of Princess and Junior with ex Peter Andre and her youngest kids Bunny and Jett split their time with her and third husband Kieran Hayler.
Katie cares full-time for her 16-year-old son Harvey who has Prader-Willi syndrome and whose father is former footballer Dwight Yorke.
