Hollyoaks star Chelsee Healey unrecognisable from Waterloo Road days

Following the news that Chelsee Healey is pregnant with her second child, we’ve been taking a look back at her time in Waterloo Road playing the very memorable Janeece Bryant.

Making her arrival as a pupil back in series 1, Janeece was usually seen causing trouble and hanging out with Maxine (Ellie Paskell), Chlo (Katie Griffiths) and Donte (Adam Thomas).

After leaving as a student, Janeece returned to Waterloo Road with intentions of becoming the school secretary. The character was chaotic and had a big heart but chose to leave her home town for a life in Ibiza after realising her carelessness caused her young daughter, Cheryl, to be injured.

Janeece also made an impression through her incredible fashion choices. We were reminded of this last year, when she reprised her role as part of the school-based drama’s return to BBC One.

She arrived outside a church ready to support Donte, who was preparing for Chlo’s funeral after she was involved in a car collision.

In true Janeece form, she stepped out of the vehicle having a go at the driver. She was keeping it classy by wearing a black dress, but the outfit was sprinkled with her flair as she had topped it off with black sunglasses, a green fluffy jacket and boots to match.

Chelsee certainly enjoys playing loud and fun characters, as she’s also best known for her role as Goldie McQueen in Hollyoaks, who she’s portrayed on and off since 2016.

In her home life, Chelsee gave birth to her first child back in 2017, who she shares with Jack Malloy.

Chelsee has raised Coco as a single mum following her split with Jack, who she met in 2014, and recently announced that she’s expanding her little family, sharing a pregnancy announcement picture on her Instagram but keeping the identity of the father private.
