Ex Tory leader Iain Duncan Smith calls for benefits to be increased in line with inflation to provide ‘shield’ against cost-of-living crisis Mr Duncan-Smith made…
Holly Willoughby proved she really is super woman when she ran back to This Morning studio in high heels.
Despite her inappropriate footwear, Holly dashed towards the studio and left co-host Phillip Schofield desperately trying to keep up.
The presenters decided that they had to have a run after watching a group of schoolchildren doing their Daily Mile as part of a new scheme to get fit.
As well as attempting to run in heels, the mum-of-three was forced to hold down her summery dress when it blew up in the wind.
Holly nearly flashed her knickers but managed to protect her modesty and sprint back to the studio for the next segment.
She was wearing a colourful blue floral print Henry Holland dress from the H! range.
Holly matched the bright dress with a pair of nude sandals from Office, which are probably not meant to be used for running.
The presenter did admit that running in heels was her special "skill".
Phil revealed that he had witnessed his co-star running in heels many times on the set of Dancing On Ice.
He said: "I’ve run with Holly a number of times from the front of the set to the back on Dancing On Ice.
"There is no one I’ve seen run faster in heels."
This Morning viewers were left in awe of Holly and took to Twitter to praise her.
One viewer said: "@hollywills makes running in heels look like a breeze!!"
Holly running in heels, what a queen," added another.
A third agreed: "Holly running in heels I salute you"
*This Morning airs weekdays on ITV at 10.30am
