Danny Dyer as Steve Cameron

Danny Dyer plays the lead role of Steve Cameron in Channel 5's Heat.

His character is a British ex-pat who emigrated to Australia with his best friend Brad Fisher.

Danny is best known for playing Mick Carter on EastEnders, before leaving the role in 2022.

Before that, he was recognised for his film work which includes The Business, and Football Factory.

Scottish-Australian actor and TV presenter Darren McMullen plays' Steve's best mate Brad Fisher.

The two friends are living Down Under with their Australian wives and have gone on to have children who are now teenagers.

Prior to his career in TV, he was a student at Bradfield College and then an advertising executive.

He is best known as the co-host of The Voice Australia.

Darren has starred in multiple TV shows including The Masked Singer Australia.

Pia Miranda as Sarah Cameron

Australian actress Pia Miranda plays Steve's wife Sarah Cameron.

The actress found fame in Aussie soap Neighbours, starring as Karen Oldman in the late-90s.

Over the years Pia has become a familiar face on Australian TV.

In 2015 the actress played Jodie Spiteri in Wentworth, followed by her role as Jen in Mustangs FC (2017–2020).

In 2023 Miranda took part in the Australian version of Dancing With The Stars where she was paired with professional dancer Declan Taylor.

Jane Allsop as Louise Fisher

Australian Jane Allsop takes on the role of Louise Fisher, who is Darren's wife.

Away from Heat, the actress is best known for her roles in House Husbands, Mrs Fisher’s Modern Murder Mysteries, and Blue Heelers.

Like her co-star Pia, she also previously starred in Neighbours.
