Her marriage might be all but over but Lisa Armstrong is still tuning in to watch her estranged husband Ant McPartlin present Britain’s Got Talent each week.
The 41-year-old make-up artist also works on the hit ITV talent reality contest in which disgraced husband Ant, 42, co-hosts with Declan Donnelly.
Ant is still featuring in pre-recorded scenes of the 2018 series of BGT having since been arrested and found guilty of drink driving then checking himself into rehab to confront his demons.
Saturday night saw another episode of Got Talent auditions – and Lisa was keen to support the show.
Taking to Twitter, the make-up expert took a moment to ‘like’ one of the posts issued by ITV that showed Dutch illusionists Magus Utopia working a routine.
“Don’t know about you lot but we’re sleeping with one eye open after that #BritainsGotTalent #BGT @BGT,” ITV wrote as they shared a GIF of the act online.
Soon after, an ‘alien’ dance group called Baba Yega tried their luck on the show – winning over the judges.
The dance group – wearing unusual masks to conceal their true identity – were instructed by Simon Cowell to kiss Ant and Dec, telling them: "kiss the earthlings on the side [of the stage]."
Ant was pulled in for a snog by one of the performers but then laughed: "I had garlic bread for lunch” – causing Dec to chuckle: “So the joke is on them."
Ant shocked fans at the start of the year when he announced his intention to divorce Lisa – while, according to reports, she has lamented the demise of their 11 year marriage, with some sources claiming she feels she could have helped ‘save’ Ant from his ongoing troubles.
