Most people love going out for brunch, especially when it's bottomless.

So what would you say if we told you that you could get paid £1,000 to do it as a job?

Well that's exactly what we are telling you.

Online review platform Psydro is on the hunt for a team of 10 food lovers from different regions across the UK to test a variety of the best rated bottomless brunches, and get paid a grand to do so.

The platform is set to create a definitive map outlining the UK’s best unlimited brunches, and has begun the search in an effort to create a definitive list by the end of September.

As hospitality begins to reopen again as lockdown rules ease, the brand is hoping to help Brits find the best brunch spots, as well as helping to recognise some of the venues who have struggled in the last 12 months.

The company is hiring a team of individuals to become the world’s first ‘Brunch Testers’.

These testers will get complimentary food and drink, as well as the £1,000.

The research comes after a rise in Google search data around terms such as ‘bottomless brunch near me’.

In response to this, Psydro wants to help to British public find the best brunch spots, whilst supporting and recognising hospitality venues across the UK.

Applicants must be able to easily access the various venues in their selected region, and will be required to spend one day every weekend for three months, ‘brunching’.

The ‘Brunch Testers’ must also have strong English writing skills, in order to fulfil a comprehensive report on each brunch.

Each report will need to include details on the level of service, quality of food, range of menu, execution of dishes/drinks, environment, and the overall experience.

The tester will also be required to give each bottomless brunch a rating out of 5 stars.

Applicants must live in the UK and be at least 18 years old, and must follow all Covid-19 rules/restrictions in each area.

Applications for the role close on May 31st.

From June 31st until the end of September the selected ‘Brunch Testers’ will be required to test one unlimited brunch a week.

Food and drink costs will be covered by Psydro for the tester and a friend, however only the designated tester will be paid for their services.

With 10 ‘Brunch Testers’ reviewing one brunch a weekend for a total of three months, Psydro is hoping to have a total of 120 brunches reviewed by the end of the programme, enough to create a definitive list of the country's top 100 best brunches.

Tony Ward, founder of Psydro, said: "As lockdown eases here in the UK and people flock to pubs and restaurants across the country, venues will be desperate to make sure they take advantage after a tumultuous twelve months.

"However, with the hospitality industry closed for such a long period of time, many people simply won’t know where the best venues are for their needs.

"Which is why, in part, we’ve decided to create a definitive list of the best bottom-less brunches in the UK."
