What original Love Islander Hannah Elizabeth looks like now after ‘biggest transformation’ of her life

Love Love Island? Our Factor 50 email brings all the goss direct to your inbox

Cast your mind back to 2015 and you’ll probably remember Love Island’s first series and runner-up contestant Hannah Elizabeth.

The Playboy bunny, who also happened to be the first person ever to waltz through the villa doors, is memorable for her cascading light blonde hair – but all that has changed in recent weeks.

Now, the 31 year old has opted for a fresh new look with a jet black hair colour. The result, as you might imagine, is gorgeous.

Debuting the makeover on her Instagram account recently, Hannah notes: “It’s the biggest hair transformation of my life.”

Fans agreed that it was indeed a drastic change, with many quick to tell the star that she suits the darker shade.

“Unreal, reminds me of when Katie Price went black! Best look,” states one, while another comments: “And you carried it off to perfection.”

Since her original post, Hannah has uploaded lots more posts showing off her black tresses, including one short video which she captions: “Catherine Zeta Jones vibes.”

It looks like Hannah has previously experimented with dark hair, but it’s unclear whether that was the work of a wig or if she decided to actually dye her blonde tresses. She’s also previously shown off incredible mermaid multi-colour looks.

Hannah’s hair isn’t the only thing to have gone through a big change since she appeared on the show six years ago.

The Liverpool-born beauty welcomed a baby boy named Reggie with her then-partner George Andreetti back in 2019. The duo were set to marry that year but ultimately decided to call time on their relationship.

Hannah is probably one of the most memorable Islanders of all time due to the fact that she and on-screen beau Jon Clark, who went on to appear in TOWIE, got engaged in the villa after just five weeks of knowing each other.

Sadly their relationship didn’t stand the test of time, and the two didn’t quite make it to the Love Island marriage hall of fame like Olivia and Alex Bowen, and Jess and Dom Lever.

We’re praying for a Love Island all stars series so we can see Hannah strut back in through those doors in a bid to have another go at finding love.
