My fiancée and I are engaged but I am worried I’m gay and shouldn’t be getting married at all
DEAR DEIDRE: MY fiancée and I have been engaged for just over a year.
She’s stunning but I’m getting cold feet.
I had a really hot fling with a local celebrity – a man – just before the pandemic and it was so exciting.
Now my wife-to-be seems so tame in comparison.
I met this celebrity while showing him around top-end properties.
He is the only man I have been with and my partner, who is a make-up artist, knows nothing about him.
We planned to get married this year. She is 28 and I’m 31.
Am I feeling negative towards her because we have been forced to spend so much time together this year?
I am worried I’m gay and shouldn’t be getting married at all.

DEIDRE SAYS: Be careful not to get married simply because convention dictates this is what your next step should be.
Be honest – you owe it to her and yourself and you need to admit there is a problem.
You may indeed be gay or bisexual and covering up your true sexuality by marrying a woman would ensure a miserable future.
By being truthful you will find it easier to work out what you really want.
My support pack Gay Worries will help.
