Mark Wahlberg is still up and running during the early hours of the morning.
On Sunday, the 49-year-old actor — who has long been candid about his grueling daily schedule — posted a shirtless video of himself from a home gym.
“2:30 am club for 2021,” Wahlberg captioned the clip.
In the video, Wahlberg poses next to a Power Plate Pro 7, a vibrating platform that allows users to recover quicker and “feel better by stimulating natural reflexes, increasing muscle activation, and improving circulation,” per the company’s website.
Wahlberg’s Instagram followers, including Mario Lopez, were quick to comment on his unique regimen.
“Whoa. My guy… When we taking a nap?!” Lopez responded.
“2:30am?? Bro get some sleep,” one follower replied.
“2.30 am ? what time are you back in bed by,” another asked.
In 2018, Wahlberg posted a photo of his daily grind on Instagram, revealing he wakes up at 2:30 a.m. and hits the gym for his first workout at 3:40 a.m. He squeezes in another workout at 4 p.m. before calling it a night at 7:30 p.m.
