A MAJOR fast food chain is adding a new item to its menu and chicken fans will love it.

KFC customers will be able to get their hands on the new spicy buffalo twister wrap from Monday, March 6.

The wrap comes with original recipe KFC chicken, topped with buffalo sauce and pickled slaw.

The wrap will cost £1.98 when bought on Monday's.

Customers will be able to get it across the rest of the week for £3.99 as part of a twister box meal or twister wrap meal.

But it's only available for a limited time – until June 11.

The arrival of the new snack means it will replace the KFC Kentucky mayo flavour wrap on Mondays – although fans can still get it on Fridays.

The buffalo twister wrap joins four other flavours in the KFC Twister of the Day range.

These are the spicy super charge, smokey BBQ and sweet chilli and Kentucky mayo.

Previous flavours include Korean BBQ.

You can get the wrap delivered through Deliveroo, JustEat and UberEats.

But bear in mind you'll have to pay different amounts depending on the platform.

When we looked at ordering to The Sun's office, Just Eat was £2.49 for delivery for orders under £8.

Meanwhile, Deliveroo was 99p and UberEats 79p.

We have asked KFC how many calories will be in the wrap and will update this story once we know more.

We've also asked them what will replace the buffalo wrap after June 11.

It comes months after KFC started selling chicken in its very own London pub.

How can I save money at KFC?

If you're on the hunt for KFC freebies the fast food chain is offering customers using the app for the first time a six-piece chicken bucket.

Plus, you can sign up to KFC's Rewards Arcade, which offers customers the chance to win a number of prizes.

You just have to download the app and click on the "KFC Rewards" button at the bottom of the screen.

You then use the app to order or you can get a QR code on the app which you'll need to swipe at the till.

You should then get an invite after to the KFC Rewards Arcade where you can play a game and win free foods.

But you'll need to spend a minimum £3 to be in with a chance of bagging a freebie.
