Before Leo season comes around, Leos need to do some inner work. By July 23, it’s party time and your relationships will step into the spotlight. Express.co.uk chatted to astrologer, cosmic coach, crystal healer and founder of the Moon Child Sorority, Bex Milford (@cosmic_cures on Instagram) to find out the Leo July horoscope 2021.
July is going to be hot for you, Leo, as your season is on the horizon!
However, there’s a little more work behind the scenes to do before you reach Leo season.
Bex pointed out: “There’s a New Moon in Cancer to contend with before you fully fling yourself into the spotlight.”
Around the Cancer New Moon on July 10 you might find yourself being extra generous or kind to yourself and others.
Bex said: “Volunteering your services or skills to others or setting your mind to more spiritual pursuits is a great way to start the month.
“Consider this a period of ‘retreat’ before you take the stage, as this is a very important time for inner healing if you’ve been battling with pain, knocked confidence or unresolved issues.
“Taking this time to assess what it is you really need, away from the distractions of life, will make you perfectly placed to embrace all the fun and frivolities that the month has to bring.”
You can expect things to pick up on July 13, when both Mars and Venus join together in your sign.
Sparks are going to fly for Leo, so hopefully, you’re ready!
Bex said: “The planet of desire and attraction and the planet of love, harmony and relationships haven’t been conjunct (together) like this in about two years, and when they do hook up then passions tend to run high.”
Venus in Leo promises to usher in romance, sexual chemistry, and a new beginning in your love life, Leo.
Bex said: “Even if you’re with a partner then this is the chance to switch things up a bit and introduce some sizzle back into your relationship.
“If you’re single, take the plunge and put yourself out there.
“It’s time to be bold, courageous and honest in matters of the heart. If you like someone, let them know.
“This isn’t a time to play games or succumb to drama, even if it’s tempting… don’t let your inner diva pour cold water on a chance for romance before it’s even begun!”
If you don’t find someone new or you find yourself single, don’t panic.
Bex pointed out: “Remember that the best relationship is also with yourself, so use the second half of July to ‘date yourself’ and ensure all your needs are being met.
“When we show up with love and compassion for ourselves, all other types of love follow, so it’s an investment worth making!”
On July 22, the Sun moves into your sign and it’s your season to shine, Leo!
Bex advised: “Express yourself, get creative with your authenticity, and don’t be afraid to be brave when it comes to putting yourself forward.
“Whether it’s in your career, your friendships or your love life, look out for chances to take ownership of the situation and step into the spotlight.
“Embracing chances to lead the way will result in great shifts further down the line.”
The astrologer warned Leos not to let their pride get in the way because the best leaders also show empathy to those who follow them!
She added: “This is also a superb time to have a makeover, so if you’ve been considering switching up your look then take the plunge and do so.”
The Full Moon in Aquarius on July 24 ties up loose ends in your relationships, Leo.
Bex said: “Whether business, romantic or social, anything that’s been lingering in an unsatisfactory fashion will demand your attention now and it’s time to cut some chords.
“Honest discussions about what needs to change in order to create a more encouraging future for both of you will be well-received and create the blueprint for a positive partnership going forward, so don’t bury your head in the sand!”
