By ensuring you have these two ingredients at home, you’ll only ever be minutes away from freshly-baked cookies.
The handy hack was posted on the Green Health Cooking blog.
It involves using almond flour, which is sweeter and nuttier than your usual self raising or plain alternatives.
Whole Foods and Holland and Barrett are among the retailers to sell the product – and you can pick up 125g of the stuff from £1.95.
To make the almond flour into cookies, all you need to do is add a touch of maple syrup.

To make a batch of 30 cookies, start by preheating the oven to 120C.
Then mix 272g of almond flour with 170g of maple syrup.
It may take a while for you to get the right consistency, but using your hands should help to bring everything together.
Feel free to add more flour or maple syrup to get the mixture looking more like cookie dough.
Before rolling out the dough, wrap it in cling film and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
This should help you to roll out the dough more easily.
Cut cookies with a cutter and place them onto a tray that’s covered in parchment paper.
Bake for 15-25 minutes and take out when they’re lovely and golden (but not burnt).
You may want to let the biscuits cool – but if you’re like us, you’ll want to get stuck in right away.
According to the blog, each cookie should contain around 56 calories.
