Asda launches £4 premium skincare collection similar to Liz Earle favourites

Shopping for skincare can be an expensive task, but what if we said you could get your entire regime for just £16? Asda has just launched a brand new premium skincare range and each item costs only £4 – what a bargain!

The supermarket’s Hyaluronic Plus collection features a niacinamide serum, a collagen day cream, a retinol night cream and a hot cloth cleanser. Each contains hyaluronic acid to hydrate the skin – without breaking the bank.

Taking centre stage in the line-up is the Hyaluronic Plus Avocado Oil Hot Cloth Cleanser, £4 here. Also infused with nourishing avocado oil, it’s perfect for removing makeup and even comes with a handy muslin cloth.

It sounds remarkably similar to Liz Earle’s Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser, £27 here, an absolute cult classic product, and we predict Asda’s bargain alternative is bound to fly off the shelves too.

Although the ingredients differ from Liz Earle’s best-selling original, both products claim to soften, smooth and gently exfoliate, and are suitable for all skin types.

You’ll also find a Hyaluronic Plus Retinol Night Cream, £4 here, in the Asda range. Formulated with rosehip oil, cocoa butter and retinol, this purse-friendly product promises to moisturise the skin and help to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

We’ll also be adding the new Hyaluronic Plus Niacinamide Serum, £4 here, to our skincare shopping list. Niacinamide is known for improving skin texture and tone, and minimising the appearance of pores.

For the ultimate skincare regime, follow with the Hyaluronic Plus Acacia Collagen SPF15 Day Cream, £4 here. It contains acacia collagen, which gives the skin a plumper, more youthful look, while the added SPF protects the skin against UVA and UVB rays.

A representative for Asda’s new range says: “Skincare has become a consumer priority over the past year so we are delighted to offer our first Hyaluronic skincare range with a range of key active ingredients.”

“Each product has been formulated with specific skincare needs in mind so there is something for all our customers wanting to give their skin some TLC this winter without spending a fortune,” they add.

Fancy giving the collection a go? Head down to your local Asda store or shop the range online here – before it’s all gone!

If you’re on the hunt for more beauty dupes, supermarket Aldi recently launched a hand soap that is being compared to Aesop’s best-selling hand wash and £3.99 alternative to Drunk Elephants cult favourite Jelly Cleanser.
