11 Things Every 'Big Little Lies' Fan Needs to Know About Zoë Kravitz's Parents
No offense to your parents (they’re probably great!), but Zoë Kravitz has the coolest mom and dad of all time, and frankly they put all other moms and dads to shame.
In case you aren’t aware, the 29-year-old Big Little Lies actress is the daughter of actress Lisa Bonet and musician Lenny Kravitz. Here’s everything you need to know about them, and their sweet relationship.

50-year-old Lisa Bonet is best known for her role as Denise in The Crosby Show (she was fired over “creative differences”), but she’s also been in several films—including High Fidelity! She has two kids with certified hunk Jason Momoa, but we’ll get to him in a minute.

Lenny and Lisa met backstage at a show, and were apparently friends before dating. They eloped on her 20th birthday in 1987, and welcomed Zoë into the world on December 1, 1988. In fact, back in 2017 Lenny told Mr. Porter that he and Lisa are “best friends,” saying, “We were mirror images of each other, male and female. It was quite extraordinary.”
