After tearing a streak through the Far East by opening a string of stores with his Chinese partner last year, Han Chong has returned to London with a collection that includes his signature guipure lace occasion dresses, plus more daywear and a broader lifestyle offer. He’ll also launch a fall ad campaign this week featuring the British actress Phoebe Dynevor, star of the Netflix hit “Bridgerton.”

The look: Ladylike chic, with bows, ribbons and sequin embellishments.

Quote of note: “The looks are more streamlined and pared-back than in the past. I wanted them to be mood-lifting and empowering, but without too much fuss. It’s more of a lifestyle wardrobe.”
