But one woman claims to have found the ultimate bra to keep a full bust in place.
Skipping with Sarah is one of the biggest skipping enthusiasts on social media and, as such, regularly demonstrates skipping routines on her TikTok page.
She's also frequently asked questions about her bra of choice, with one person writing recently: "What sports bra should I use? My boobies turn into weapons of mass destruction when I’m jumping."
Sarah answered with a video on TikTok, as she gushed about the Solidarity High-Impact Sports Bra from Maaree.
"You need to get yourself a bra from Maree," she said.

Sarah then proved the effectiveness of the bra with a "bounce test", with her cleavage barely moving as she jumped up and down.
"Perfect for jumping, perfect for running," she concluded.
In the caption, Sarah added: "try these! absolute game changer!"
People in the comments section thanked Sarah for the recommendation, but one person questioned paying £64.00 for the bra.
